Jonathan Steffanoni - Managing Partner
Jonathan is the Managing Partner of QMV Legal. He is a lawyer with expertise in superannuation and has advised many of Australia’s largest superannuation funds on major decisions and transactions.
Jonathan is passionate about introducing fresh ideas to long-standing problems and promoting continuous improvement. He works closely with executive, legal, regulatory and risk teams and has completed executive education in financial markets and services regulation at the London School of Economics, School of Law.

Representing and advising on material outsourcing contracts for several large superannuation trustees.
Preparing policy submissions to the Australian Government on behalf of an international investment association.

Advising and assisting a superannuation trustee with custody related arrangements, including liability for unit pricing errors and entering into securities lending arrangements.
